Rental Period & Driving Area
To get the most out of our Motorhome experience, here are a few things to keep in mind:

Minimum rental period: 1 night

Unlimited Kilometers: No mileage limit (only in Thailand)
Please note: You must remain within Thailand during your journey. Crossing international borders isn’t allowed, and we kindly ask that you stay at least 20 km from any neighbouring country.
Avoid town and city centres – Our Motorhome are large vehicles 7 meters in length 3.3 meters height , and navigating heavy traffic or narrow streets can be challenging.
Who Can Drive?
To drive one of our Motorhomes, you’ll need to:

Be at least 25 years old

Have held a valid driving licence for a minimum of 5 years

Present either a valid Thai or international driving licence on the day of pick-up
Only the person named on the rental agreement is allowed to drive the Motorhome, but you're welcome to add extra drivers at no additional cost.
Just make sure all drivers are listed and meet the licence requirements.
Please note: lending, sub-renting, or handing the vehicle over to anyone else is strictly not permitted.
How Many People Can Travel?
Our Motorhome is designed to carry a maximum of four people:

Two in the truck cabin
-
Two in the home cabin
Seatbelts are provided for all passengers and must be worn at all times, as required by law.
Travelling with Children
Our Motorhomes aren’t suitable for very young children. If you're travelling with minors, you accept full responsibility for their safety and wellbeing throughout the journey.
Pets & Animals
We absolutely understand how special it is to travel with pets, but for now, we kindly ask that you leave your furry friends at home. Pets are not permitted in our Motorhomes, and if this is not respected, a penalty and deep-cleaning fee a THB 6,000 will be applied.
Motorhome Maintenance
Each Motorhome is handed over with:

A full tank of diesel
-
Proper oil and coolant levels
-
And a thorough maintenance check
If you notice anything unusual - a strange sound or mechanical issue - please head to the nearest garage (Brand Toyota dealer preferred for major issues). If a repair is needed, keep all receipts and we’ll reimburse you in full.
Care & Damage
While it’s yours for the journey, please treat the Motorhome as you would your own home.

No open flames inside the vehicle - it’s strictly prohibited for safety reasons

A microwave is provided for heating food
-
A fire extinguisher is located onboard for emergency use only
-
Any damage, whether accidental or not, must be reported by the end of your trip
Failure to report damage may result in charges for repairs, as outlined in your rental agreement.
Cleanliness & Return Condition
We’d really rather not have to charge cleaning fees at the end of your road trip, so we kindly ask you to keep the Motorhome tidy and clean throughout your rental.
Please return it to our base in the same condition you received it.
If it’s not returned clean, an additional cleaning fee will be applied.
Before handing the Motorhome back:

Empty the grey water tank and chemical toilet cassette following the instructions provided. Petrol stations are often the best place to do this also please keep public toilet clean after used.
Smoking & Strong Smells
Our Motorhome are strictly non-smoking

Please smoke or vape outside the vehicle only

Always extinguish cigarettes properly before disposing of them
-
And please - no durian fruit inside the vehicle
Durian is strictly not permitted inside the vehicle but we have provided the storage box outside the motorhome where you can put Durian in.
Non-compliance may result in a THB 6,000+ penalty per situation.

We have supplied your Motorhome with the following equipment for your comfort and use

1 × Dometic Portable fridge 10.5 liters adjust temp from +10 Celcius to -18 Celcius

Back up lighting
Together we will check all equipment and tick the checklist both at pick up and return dates. All items provided to you free of charge must be returned with the vehicle at the end of your road trip.
Responsibilities & Accountability
Fines & Traffic Violations
As the named renter and driver, you are responsible for any traffic fines or road regulation violations that occur during your rental. If we receive notice of a traffic offence, We are required to pass your name and contact details to the relevant authorities, who will then issue the fine directly to you.
Wild Camping
While the campervan lifestyle is gaining popularity in Thailand, it’s important to choose your overnight stops carefully and responsibly. For safety and legal reasons, We do not allow wild camping, including on beaches, in jungles, waterfall or forests. If you choose to ignore this rule, you will be held accountable for any legal or financial consequences that result.
Occupancy Limits
Your Motorhome is insured for a maximum of four people. While driving, no more than two passengers are permitted in the rear cabin, and everyone must wear a seatbelt at all times when the vehicle is in motion.
Driving Restrictions
You must not drive the Motorhome under the influence of:

Alcohol
-
Cannabis
-
Any narcotic substances
-
Any medication that affects alertness or reaction time
Doing so is not only illegal, but will also invalidate your insurance and rental agreement.
Legal Jurisdiction
Any disputes or legal matters relating to your hire will fall under the jurisdiction of the Kingdom of Thailand.
